Print-by-the-month

Some of you might be wondering what "print-by-the-month" means (see our by-line under our name). Let me explain: With ink presses, the color separation requires 4 special color "plates" to be installed on the press. Then all four colors - Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black - must be perfectly aligned. All of this is labor intensive and why you have traditionally had to buy thousands to tens of thousands of print to make the cost per print economical.

With Digital Printing, the color separation and alignment is done completely on a computer and fed to the Digital Press. Gone are the days when you need to buy several boxes of material to later trip over in you back storage room.

Here are the major benefits to Color Digital Printing:
* Buy only what you need - when you need it. No more boxes in the back room.
* Give us an annual PO for your materials and we will deliver on a monthly basis ("print-by-the-month). You pay as you go as an "operational cost" rather than an up front "capital outlay" as with ink printers. This keeps your CFO happy.
* In this day of instant e-mail, your pricing or business model might change at any time. WIth monthly deliveries and your ad copy on our computer files, changes are easily and quickly made. Your exposure to having obsolete materials is only the month's materials since the last delivery. No more throwing out boxes of obsolete items that you bought only to get the price break up front.
